It’s time to take a more integrated approach to fitness! Fitness is only ONE piece of your life, so why should we ignore the rest of it when we set our fitness goals? At the end of this workshop you will leave feeling confident that you can accomplish your action plan, because you’ve taken into account more aspects of your life than just fitness.
Your payment also includes a 45min one-on-one consultation with me via Skype one month after the workshop. At that time, we will assess the progress you’ve made with your action plan, address any questions you might have, and talk about any next steps you need to take. A great way to keep yourself accountable!

About your facilitator: Irina Almasan
Unlike most people in the fitness industry, I have spent most of my life being what I call “skinny unfit”. When I started working out I had no idea what I was doing, I had lots of questions, and I was always sore! So I know that becoming more active is not exactly easy. Through this workshop, my goal is to make your fitness journey a little bit easier, by empowering you to come up with a fitness action plan that is tailored uniquely to you, and which you can be confident that you can achieve. Through this workshop, I get to blend my expertise as both fitness professional and project manager, so you are in for a treat!
